I offer a few different packages meant to suit your family’s needs. Each package’s shifts can be scheduled by you on the days and times you feel you need me the most. The total hours and length of service is set unless you choose to add more hours as time goes on. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the contracted price is due at the time of hire for packages. Full amount is due at the time of hire for single shift purchases.
Package 1: “Homecoming”
Perfect for the family needing support only during the first 2 weeks of baby’s life. This package includes a total of 20 hours, split into five 4 hour shifts over the course of two weeks. I will arrive the day of or the day after your baby is home. The first week will include 3 visits and the second week will include 2 visits. All clients have access to the doula via phone, text and email until baby is 12 months old.
Package 2: “Supported Start“
This package is for those families seeking support during the first 6 weeks of baby’s life. Since many parents return to work at this point, we can make sure you’re off to a great start before adding a work day to the mix. This package consists of 72 total hours typically divided into three 4 hour shifts per week for 6 weeks. All clients have access to the doula via phone, text and email until baby is 12 months old.
Package 3: “Extended Support“
This package is intended for families who feel that they’ll need support past the first 6 weeks. This package consists of a total of 144 hours, divided across 12 weeks of baby’s life to be scheduled by the family. This package will include 2 overnight shifts if desired. All clients have access to the doula via phone, text and email until baby is 12 months old.
VIRTUAL DOULA SUPPORT
With all the madness happening in the world right now, I understand you may be hesitant to invite someone into your home with a new baby. Rest assured- I will use the utmost care and never arrive to your home with any symptoms of ANY illness. However, I am choosing to offer virtual services for those families who would like a contact-free support system. This package would give you unlimited access to me during the first 6 months of your baby’s life. Weekly phone calls or video calls to check in and access to referrals as needed. Also included are two contact-less meal deliveries to your home. I will also keep in touch with you about what you can expect developmentally and send you emails with useful information included.
COST: $500.00 DEPOSIT: $250.00
Single Shifts
Single shifts are now available- purchase 4 hour shifts for $100. These shifts will be scheduled at the convenience of the family. This purchase will include 14 days of virtual support- I will be in contact with the new family and check in on them periodically in the 2 weeks following our visit. Included is the pre-visit interview, and consultation. Purchase as many shifts as you like in this manner. This is a great option for gift giving!

BEYOND THE FOURTH TRIMESTER SUPPORT
If you’re a mom of a baby who’s out of those precious Newborn onsies, but you still seek some support from someone who knows about teething, developmental milestones, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, getting baby to sleep through the night and more… this is the place for you!! We can meet for 2 hours or more and discuss the details of your situation. This meeting will cost $50 for 2 hours or $25 an hour. If more support is needed, that can be arranged and the hourly fee will be the same. The fee is expected to be paid before we meet for each shift, as your needs will be unique to you.

If you don’t see a package that suits you, you can contact me and we can design a package specifically to you. A la carte hours can be added to any package for $25.00 an hour. Additionally if you would like doula support for your family after baby is three months old I am happy to work with anyone for the full first year of baby’s life.
